# Commands

ArenaRegen command list. Alias is /ar.

The root command is `/arenaregen`. The alias is `/ar`.

| Command                         | What it does                                                           |
| ------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `/ar help [page]`               | Show help.                                                             |
| `/ar wand`                      | Give the selection tool. `/ar selection` does the same.                |
| `/ar create <arena>`            | Save the selected region. Stops at 8 arenas.                           |
| `/ar delete <arena>`            | Delete an arena. Confirm if the plugin asks.                           |
| `/ar confirm`                   | Confirm a pending delete.                                              |
| `/ar rename <old> <new>`        | Rename an arena and its files.                                         |
| `/ar resize <arena>`            | Replace the bounds with a new selection.                               |
| `/ar regenerate <arena>`        | Regen the saved copy. `regen` is an alias.                             |
| `/ar regenerate <arena> cancel` | Stop a running regen for that arena.                                   |
| `/ar here`                      | Regen the arena you are standing in. This command takes no arena name. |
| `/ar schedule <arena> [time]`   | Set or clear a repeating regen.                                        |
| `/ar setspawn <arena>`          | Set the arena spawn at your location.                                  |
| `/ar delspawn <arena>`          | Remove the spawn.                                                      |
| `/ar teleport <player> <arena>` | Teleport a player to the spawn. `tp` is an alias.                      |
| `/ar list`                      | List arenas and their load states.                                     |
| `/ar info <arena>`              | Show arena details and load state. `information` is an alias.          |
| `/ar preview <arena>`           | Show the border with particles.                                        |
| `/ar unlock [arena]`            | Unlock a stuck locked arena. No name unlocks every arena.              |
| `/ar reload`                    | Reload the configuration file.                                         |
| `/ar reloadarenas`              | Reload arena block files from disk without restarting the server.      |

## Schedule time

Use a number plus a unit: `s`, `m`, `d`, or `w`. Examples: `10s`, `5m`, `1d`.

`h` is not valid in free ArenaRegen. That unit exists in ArenaRegen+.

## Arena status tags

`/ar list` and `/ar info` show the status of each arena:

* `[LOADED]`: The world and the arena data are loaded in memory.
* `[DEFERRED]`: The world is not yet loaded. The plugin loads the arena data automatically when the world finishes loading.
* `[FAILED]`: The arena data file failed to load or is corrupt. Run `/ar reloadarenas` after you inspect the file.
