Each command needs a permission from Permissions.

In Jails+, `/jails jail`, `/jails tempjail`, `/jails ipjail`, and `/jails unjail` accept an optional `-s` flag to suppress the public broadcast. The staff member and the target player still receive private messages.

Jails+ `jail` and `tempjail` also accept an optional cell name after the reason.

## Time format
